Terms of use

By using moversdubaimarina.ae you agree to these terms.

What the service is

Marina Moving Co. is a free referral service. We pass your moving request to an independent moving crew. We are not a party to the agreement you make with the crew and do not carry out any work.

Prices

Starting prices shown on this site are general information, not offers. The price for your move is agreed directly between you and the crew after they assess it.

Responsibility for the work

The crew is responsible for handling your belongings, any damage they cause, any insurance or cover they offer, and for holding the licences and permits their work requires. Building permits for your apartment are your responsibility, with the crew supplying the documents the building asks of them.

Our liability

We take care in choosing crews but cannot guarantee their work. To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from services provided by a crew.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from the date it is published. Questions: [email protected].
